Add the image style for the course images to the pull request. That's missing.

Ack! This pull request has a lot of files in it that you don't need and that are trying to roll back newer work. For example, there are plugins from "modules/custom/annotator" in your PR, but I'm pretty sure you didn't make any changes there. I think what has happened is that you merged, then added all files into your commit. So, if you can merge again, that should update your code. Thanks.
