Tablet fixes #111

Fixed the tab and the menubar, except for on the course info page.

Thanks, Cody. You mention that the menu doesn't work on the course info page. This is still accurate? Must be something between Display Suite and Superfish, I'm guessing.

I meant just for the mobile version, but yup, when I left it it didn’t work :/
