styling for sewing kit & threads: -styled html tables (color, padding, font size, etc.) -fixed sizing issues with labels and text boxes in sewing kit filters -button styling -"Add to Thread" and "Remove from Thread" buttons now below the table -html tables now have horizontal scrolling for smaller screen size! -threads user & date now stack under the user picture on smaller screen size (i guess this is responsive?)

@ireneehsu I couldn't merge this one directly because it deleted the ckeditor skins, which broke stuff. But I fixed it manually and committed just the CSS changes, so I'm closing this. The table styling looks really good! Thanks!
