edited annotation.store.inc to use the annotation_api_entity_prepare function on $annotation in order to convert the data from drupal format to annotator format

Max, could you create a new pull request with only the bug fix commits in it, please? This one has several extra commits in it about the instructor role, curated tags, etc. Let me know if you have any questions about how to do that. Thanks!

mike, sorry this has taken so long, I was out for the whole weekend and wasnt able to take a look at this. could you come over this afternoon or tomorrow to help me with this? im not sure how i would remove commits from this pull request
