qFlipper is outdated

I notice that the qFlipper package is outdated. I actually missed finding the package when I went searching (going to assume a caching issue), so I wrote an update script / a package (I should learn to check the ID rather than a search!)

If you're happy with the idea, I can submit that and the GitHub Action (GHA) job for automatic updating to your repository as a PR.

You can see the code here (though I'll remove it from my repository after something is done with it).

Relevant bits:

• Update.ps1 A script that scrapes the GitHub releases page and updates the chocolateyInstall.ps1 script. Would need to update either this or your chocolateyInstall script to be compatible, but it would be super minor.
• Update.yml A workflow that runs twice a day, and runs (and pushes) updated packages to the CCR.

Alternatively (and this is definitely the secondary option), I'm happy to co-maintain the package, or help you get it pushed to the Chocolatey Community Packages repository if you'd prefer the automation to be run there - but running GHA in this repository should be free, within some limits, which is why that was my first suggestion.

Thanks for reaching out. This all looks awesome. I initially created the qFlipper package as an excuse to start learning git and github, but I'm afraid I've not been jo to it.

I'd be more than happy to make you the exclusive maintainer of the package if you'd like?

If not go ahead and create the PR and I'll have an excuse to learn a little more about git and github 😊.
