Design/contract an animated PikaLibre, PikaFlying, and A-Mewtwo gif and attach it to the proper instance in game.

Requirements

[ ] Produce the front, back, shiny front, shiny back sprites, and mini sprites
[ ] Assign the images to an SID and update the SID of the data model
[ ] Upload the images to AWS

I've asked around but can't find anyone. I'll probably go learn how to do it myself or hire a Fiverr worker. Removing the Private Beta marker cause it isn't really priority.
