Description

The User can see his level and current exp in the left corner (needs styling @DepartureLV おねがいします) The Data gets fetched

1. upon loading first time
2. each time the user guesses: done with a state that gets passed down to the poi card

Run npm i to install shad/cn progress bar

Move progress.tsx into _component/ui then delete the root/component/ui folder before push. By default shadcn will created a folder at root and create a file in that folder. But we have our own component folder so that folder is not needed.
