Icon to poi card | Fix merge conflict with map feature

Description

currently, put a popup card inside the temp path (localhost:3000/temp) for future combine with map mark. if you go there you can see the two text placeholders that can open the popup. the popup will always be on the center of the screen, the card is the same as Figma, containing images, titles, and tags.

A few random thoughts:

• If a folder is in the app folder and is non-routable, you can add the _ prefix to explicitly tell Next.js to make it not routable
  • It already does this implicitly if there's no page.tsx in the folder though
• I highly recommend deleting your branches after merging them unless you're going to continue working on them
• For branch names, I recommend keeping them spinal case with a classification prefix (e.g., style-icon-to-poi-card)
• Good job using the Next.js Image element here - keep doing that, because Next.js' Image element will automatically optimize older image formats (like JPEG) for performance
