That whole lot needs rewriting.

There's still a few minor bugs that need fixing but it should still be fully compatible with mesecons and pipeworks, I didn't really change very much, I just removed the dependency, not the compatibility.

Same trouble with the economy type mods, I removed the High Voltage machinery because of the type of game it ends up creating, a game of monopoly and control rather that a game of building and creating. But some people prefer that type of game and should be allowed to play it.
