Hunger goes down quickly. Here are possible enhancements:

Real life is 4-6 hrs, but longer for starvation--3 days. 3 days = 259200 seconds. ENLIVEN moves at realtime*60 as per a new setting regarding issue #37. 259200/(time_speed=60) = 4320 seconds to starvation. Divide by 20 (It is 20 though appears as 10 halves, but can go to 30 for an extra boost): 4320/20 = 216.

[ ] Maybe reduce effectiveness and accuracy when food is on 1, and make last one go down very slowly, to simulate actual starvation.
[ ] Add a starvation effect when food is down to minimum AND health is low.

[ ] Add more saturation for protein (fixable by adjusting values in mods)
[ ] If character ate protein, give a second wind effect when hunger is low (push food meter back up)--lose protein effect after used, until protein is eaten again.
[ ] Running should push food meter back up (and possibly reduce health) as muscle is burned (feature based on real life)
