Spawn grandmas and lawyers only on appropriate types of ground.

• [ ] Spawn grandmas on carpet (or perhaps simpler materials that are in the village mod's house floors).
• [ ] Spawn lawyers on any material in the pavement group (or road group)--make the group if it doesn't exist yet, and/or cement and concrete.
