[BP-BUG] /warn not updating warns for offline users #14

Describe the bug When using the command /warn user with the panel and selecting a reason while the user that you are warning is currently not connected, the warn will not show up on ppc

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Connect to the server
  2. Warn a user who is currently offline using the warn panel (e.g /warn Adam with no additional parameters)
  3. Select a reason and warn the user

Expected behavior The warn should show up in ppc

Actual behavior The warn does not show up in ppc
