Hi PointOnePa, how has this project gone for you? I've been thinking about how to connect to my water heater and have fallen down the EnviraCOM rabbit hole.

The water heater died and I replaced it with an electric Rheem heat-pump hot water heater that has a WiFi interface, so I stopped work on this project. Sorry. Aquanta is a company that makes an interface that might work. See: https://aquanta.io/
