User Story

As a User, I want to continue recording after I close the app, so that I don't set off someone acting suspiciously.

Acceptance Criteria

Given a recording is in progress; the user has enabled record-in-background setting
- When the Viewer Activity is closed
  - Then the recording is not stopped
  - Then a notification is posted with a Stop Button
Given a recording is in progress; the Viewer Activity is not open; the Recording Notification is posted
- When the notification Stop Button is tapped
- The recording is stopped
