[FEATURE] disguise recording notification #7

User Story

As a User, I want disguise the background recording notification, so that I don't set off a creep getting too close to me.

Acceptance Criteria

Given the user has enabled the disguise-notification setting
- When the Recording Notification is posted
  - Then the notification title uses the disguise-title
  - Then the notification icon uses the disguise-icon
  - Then the notification description uses the disguise-description
