User Story

As a User, I want to call emergency services from the Viewer, so that .

Acceptance Criteria

Given the user has enabled the emergency-services setting
- When the Viewer Activity is opened
  - Then an Emergency Services Button is present and enabled
Given the Emergency Services Button is present; a recording is active
- When the User taps the Emergency Services Button
- Then the system opens the Phone app with 911 dialed
