This is a pretty big change for a minor version tick, but I will probably want to merge and put this on the Pkg registry for BiaB use prior to everything being fully ready for v1.0

• [x] Having entropy matrix as a field of samplers that require it, rather than necessary input to seed
  • As a result only the curried version of refine remains
• Adding different sampling methods:

  • [x] Categorical stratification
