The data should be on ecoclimate (https://www.ecoclimate.org/) according to the paper, but they are not accessible yet.

The data on Zenodo are distributed as a zip of tif file that is only about 200M big, so this is definitely doable, although this is only the combined dataset (i.e. argmax)
