[BUG] controls dont show up when using ASR #5643

Describe the bug

so i recently updated my pojavlauncher to play 1.21 update, then when i start playing in 1.21 the controls won't show up. I had to blindly press the menu button to toggle the custom controls setting to modify the controls in order for it to show up.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Start PojavLauncher
2. Play minecraft 1.21 vanilla
3. Press the menu button and toggle custom controls
4. Edit the controls, load, save and exit.

Expected Behavior

Expect the controls to show up in the startup of the game

Platform

- Device model: vivo 1714 (y69) 
- CPU architecture:  arm64
- Android version: 7
- PojavLauncher version: foxglove
