Add Google adsense #143

Currently the server costs for running PokeAPI are around $43 USD a month.

This small advert would help cover the costs almost entirely (based on the page views).

The change is fine.

That said we still have that bug and we cannot deploy.

I can work on it no sooner than next Wednesday unfortunately 😭.

Other than that I suggest we run the ad for a month and see the generated value.

But for now, please don't merge

I've also updated the google analytics code to use the Universal Analytics 4 which we must move over to before July :)

Deployed but I don't see the ads. Is it normal that my PC can't resolve googlesyndication?
