The encounter chances add up to 101% if i recall correctly. It seems like it's just missing the time-night condition.

Hi! Would you be able to propose a fix? I saw you also opened other 3 issues. It would be really helpful if you could open some PR for fixing those since you know what's wrong and the correct values.

I saw that there is no open/closed PR for the guy regarding the issues he opened. I will resolve the issues and open a PR (or more than one if necessary).
