There is no other languages moves description than english before Black & White #1168

When requesting https://pokeapi.co/api/v2/move/1 for example, in the flavor_text_entries there is no french version for ruby-saphire or firered-leafgren. The french version start at black & white

That's a lack of data. If you can come up with a script to fill in the missing data it would be greatly appreciated
