Bulbasaur Gen 8 Solar Beam incorrect #101

The API states that Bulbasaur learns Solar Beam via machine in Sword and Shield, whereas it actually learns it by level up primarily at level 36.

Solar Beam is also an optional machine, but in absence of both, I imagine it should default to level up.
