Update Uproar metadata #144

The data has been corroborated with Bulbapedia.

Uproar now lasts exactly 3 turns.

I don't suppose there's any way to mark the changes between the turn count across generations? (with the 3-turn duration being varying between 2 and 5 in earlier games)

Hi, Thanks a lot! No there's no way to differentiate it by generation. Could you please open the PR against pokeapi/pokeapi?
