IV notifications #290

Is it possible to do push notifications for Pokemon scanned with IVs over 80%. For example, I don't wanna see notifications for Pidgeys but if there is a 100% Pidgey I'd go after it.

Also an option to filter Pokemon already scanned was a feature from other scanners that would be a great addition to Poke Alert.

Hold on the screen on a Pokemon on the filter to access IV settings

I wish I knew this a whIle ago. Maybe instructions could be added somewhere in the app for this? It seems that just holding usually activates multi-select mode or turns it off, which can be confusing. Also, I had to figure out that you have to check the respective boxes first or it won't allow you to adjust parameters. I feel like a fair share of users may not know this feature exists..
