Title Launcher --> up/down arrows in scroll bar don't work #110

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open SaveGame Manager GX R106
2. Click 'Wii' button to go to Homebrew Launcher
3. Click 'Wii' button to go to Title Launcher
3. Try using up/down arrows in the top/bottom of the scroll bar on the right 
hand side --> they are not working...

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Up arrows scrolls up and Down arrow scrolls down.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
SaveGame Manager GX R106

Please provide any additional information below.

After going to the Title Launcher, if you don't start any app and press button 
Back twice (until getting to the Main window), you get a DSI dump...
