LF: shiny 256x256 assets for Jigglypuff family wearing a ribbon #70

to be released Jan. 1, 2024. looking for 256x256 shiny assets for pm39 & pm40: image image

so far I've only seen non-256x256 assets posted in Pokemod Discord server: pm39 cJAN_2024 s icon pm40 cJAN_2024 s icon so all we know is that the asset filenames are: pm39.cJAN_2024.s.icon.png and pm40.cJAN_2024.s.icon.png looking for the 256x256 versions to be mined and posted into pokeminer assets

thanks to some help in Discord, I've created PR #72 to add these
