Don't have those, but I did whip up the basic sprites, from their event images. Will be replaced as soon as better sprites show up. Cottonee-flowercrown Whimsicott-flowercrown

thanks! I really can't use them until the shiny 256x256 assets are in the github repo because the tool that uses them is hard coded to use the repo URL. wouldn't be the first time we shoe-horned (pull-request) in some placeholder assets and updated them later with official ones though :-)
