Enable selective restriction of commands at a server level

Some users want the ability to limit the use of PokeNav commands. Start the issue for discussion.

What is the reasoning behind this? I'd love to know why they want to limit it

I know it's a bit crazy to suggest, but maybe for these more complicated configuration settings, you could work something into the app.

This being from the perspective of someone who doesn't see a purpose in restricting the commands any differently than they already are restricted.

Though, it could be helpful to be able to add certain roles to be able to do administrator types of commands without having to give someone administrator access to the server

One thing that I would see use for though is the ability to totally turn off certain commands. In case some of the commands and features of pokenav overlap with another bought there already using and don't want to stop using. Like team assignment. If you could totally turn off team assignment but still have the bot recognize teams that would be useful.

Or if they want to restrict the Pokedex and other look up commands to a specific Channel, or if they want to totally disable them.

.... I don't use the screenshot feature but don't you have to set a command similar to $verify in order for a team role to be assigned? we began with team and verify having them assign with no roles ever being auto assigned as well...?

EDIT: yes after checking states "Will also update your team role if the moderators have setup team roles."

what can the moderator role not do in regards to Pokenav that an administrator can...?
