Option for not scanning images #388

Describe the solution you'd like A simple command to indicate the PokeNav bot, not to scan the image in the post in the announce channels. Like my post would have an image of some kind and a text $no-scan. PokeNav would then ignore this image and not try to analyze it = might give the :ok_hand: reaction but won't charge you the quota.

Describe alternatives you've considered A command which will (temporary) disable scanning the posts from the user? So I'll write $no-scan or $scan off or $toggle scan and the bot will ignore my posts/image... won't try to analyze them. Until I turn it on again($scan on or $toggle scan) or until the time runs out(like 1 minute)?

Additional context Our community is new to PokeNav and many people don't understand English, nor are they keen to read a small localized tutorial for it. That's why, us admins, have to instruct them on the fly in the announce channels, sometimes with screenshots/images of some kind. This feature would help us by not decreasing quota for images that weren't meant for PokeNav anyway and also keep the discussion in tact(so we wouldn't have to switch channels for the fear of losing quota).

Please place this as a low priority and if you choose to proceed with this feature, pick the simplest/easiest way to implemented it. This is just a nice thing to have, but not really necessary.
