PokeNav User Nickname Support

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Server administrators would like to nickname users based on their attributes in-game. Enforcing nicknames in a server would be a useful feature.

Describe the solution you'd like Support a flag called "enforce-nicknames" (default OFF) which uses a nickname-format setting in the server settings using a template. This template would support the following keywords:

• {ign}, for a user's in-game name if set, otherwise the template does not evaluate.
• {discord}, the user's discord account name (not nickname on any server).
• {level}, for a user's in-game level as set by then in their XP.
• {level-circle}, user's level inside a circle.
• {40-multi}, the number of times a user hit level 40
• {badges}, for a user's pokenav badge count on this server.
• {team}, for a user's in-game team. if set, otherwise does not appear

For example you can set the nickname-format to:

• {ign} ({level}) {team} and the user would appear as IVpips (40) Mystic {ign} L{level}x{40-multi} and the user would appear as IVpips L40x4

Additional context Open to additional ideas for values that people might want in their nickname policy

This would be great. We use 'Name Lv40' at the moment.

But for other servers this might cause a propblem with users already in the server there is no way to get their names.
