Retrieve IVs from sheet #10

The IV data is not in the same column as the pokemon data, I have tried moving the data around like I did with trainers but getting it mapped to pokemon data in the same query seems like it could be a pain. We can't copy cell data over from the dev detailed sheet either as it is using IMPORTRANGE.

Discussion is happening on discord about potentially moving the rows to match pokemon data
