1.19.2 Reminder - 0 Aggro Bug #1032

Issue Description:

All pokemon don't react when provoked.

What happens:

I set aggro to 0 and now my pokemon don't aggro even when hit shot stabbed anything.

What you expected to happen:

I expected them to attack when provoked.

Steps to reproduce:

Set aggro to 0
Attack something.
End their nest with no survivors ;) ...

Affected Versions (Do not use "latest"): Replace with a list of all mods you have in.

Might be linked to me not having a pokemon.

Are you sure your game is not set to "easy", they seem to agress back fine when I tested this
