Neat Bar Renders Partially in Front of Blocks

Issue Description:

The health bar currently renders partially in front of blocks, with only text and the green bar hidden.

What happens:

• The health bar currently renders partially in front of blocks if a pokemob is behind it.

What you expected to happen:

• The health bar should be hidden if the pokemob is behind a wall.
• Another option would be to provide a config option for this.
• A config option to hide name tags on Professors/Trainers could be helpful as well.

This has somewhat been addressed in the recent versions, the bar doesn't show if the mob is not visible, however it does still show like this if half of the mob is visible
