Issue Description:

Inside biome generating in locations it shouldnt be

What happens:

The inside biome generates in locations that arent "inside"

What you expected to happen:

Biomes to be correctly applied or not applied to locations where required

Steps to reproduce:

Wandering around heavily wooded areas
...

Affected Versions (Do not use "latest"): Replace with a list of all mods you have in.

Pokecube AIO: 2.5.0
Minecraft: 1.15.2
Forge: 31.1.77

can you confirm if this still occurs?

This still occurs but its not anywhere near as bad as it was. A couple of mushroom blocks are blocking the sun.

ahh right, those don't count as "leaves" as far as the "is top surface" is concerned, is the ground under them counting as "cave" or still as "inside"?
