Legends spawning in mirage spots #368

Issue Description:

Was playing on the server and found a mirage spot in ultra dimension, a palkia spawned from it,

What happens: above.

What you expected to happen: legends not spawning.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. use a bunch of mirage spots till one spawns.

  3. ...

Affected Versions (Do not use "latest"): Replace with a list of all mods you have in.
