Disappearing Pokemon in belt when dying, or using /kill command #912

Issue Description: When using the /kill command while having a filled belt equipped, those Pokemon will disappear. They will not appear in the PC and cannot be recalled, so they are lost forever.

What happens: Pokemon disappear when dying when equipped in the belt item.

What you expected to happen: Pokemon staying in the belt (if gamerule keepInventory is enabled), or being transferred to the PC upon death

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Catch any Pokemon
  2. Put them in the belt
  3. Use /kill command
  4. Check belt ...

this send them to my PC in 3.17.6, see if you can replicate the issue?
