Unify block names #66

I renamed all blocks according to the forge naming scheme and added a remapping file to guarantee compatibility.

This includes removal of all "chisel." and "chisel.chisel." blocks, "tile." block names and all the upper/lower-case names which should be renamed with "_".

I tested the new localised names of all blocks and it looks fine.

This also closes #54 .

Looks good, have to say that the weird naming conventions bugged me quite a bit :p
