Chisel microblocks are missing. #86

I have the Forge Multipart Plugin in my modpack along with Chisel. For some reason Forge doesn't add Chisel microblocks. The pack is pretty stable and this seems to be the only problem. I have Minecraft 1.7.10 w/ Forge 10.13.4.1492 Forge Multipart: 1.2.0.345 Chisel version: 1.5.7 Thanks for reading this, hope you can help. :)

Sorry, im an absolute idiot im not using chisel two.
