[Feature Request] Issue Command to Bot through Telegram #5083

Short Description

To allow issuing of commands through Telegram so that everything can be remotely controlled.

Possible solution

Example:

Pause Bot (/pause_bot), Resume Bot (/resume_bot), Resume at new location (/resume_at:"xxxx,xxxx" or /resume_at:"fav_location") (base on favorite list or coords)
List Pokemons (predefine what to show in config or use exisiting Pokemong_bag config)
Power up/Evolve/Transfer specific Pokemon by ID (By using the list Pokemons command to get ID)

Yes, but decouple from Telegram.

had in mind and was thinking how i wish this function could be implemented, would add to even more humanized control over the bot.

Adding snipe command as "/snipe [PokeMonName] [CoOrds]"
