IMPORTANT: Bot warning with this bot. Red message in app

IMPORTANT! It seems that almost all of our bot accounts got flagged with the red warning. So stop using the bot. We must investigate the cause.

I suspect that it is caused by the inbox is not cleared. When i open app, i get very old messages being displayed. I suspect this causes the bot warning now. We need to fix this asap!

On my account that i use daily on my phone in combination with the app, no red warning is there.

Was bored so logged into my test account on my phone, considering EVERYTHING on this account was bot caught or hatched almost 50% of the mons had the “Slash of Shame” so still no where near safe to use on an account you care about

@camnomis actually, you have a very interesting finding. IF Niantic detect us of cheating is because of a faulty API, then logically, all mons should be marked as slash.

Perhaps you want to help me to see if there's a pattern between those marked and those without? Maybe time and date they are caught? Or type of mons?

I’ll turn off egg hatching and not delete any next time I’ve build up a lot and do a compare

Alright, here is the roundup from the test I ran on some completely fresh accounts.

1. I ran the bot for 20 hours straight, and nothing was flagged, and no message appeared. I did not even get a single "Slash of Shame" on any of my pokemon. The not went from level 1 to 19 in that time, and it was set up in my home town. I had 'Complete Tutorial' on and it was putting pokemon in Gyms, spinning pokestops, evolving, etc.

2. My second account was set up in Times Square, New York, and ran for about 2 days with the default sleep schedule. It went from level 1 to 21 in that time and, again, nothing appeared, with no "Slashes of Shame". Was doing the same thing as the first bot in terms of activities.

3. Another bot in my hometown, this on went from 1 to 9 because I only ran it for about 5 hours. Was not putting pokemon in Gyms, but doing everything else. One thing I did notice on this account though, was that when the bot failed to set a nickname on "complete tutorial", it just started catching pokemon, and that got me IP banned from that VPS. On a different device though, it continued to work just fine, with no warnings or "Slashes of Shame".

TL;DR

None of my accounts where flagged, minus a small bug in the "Complete Tutorial", and no slashes of shame appeared. I will continue to run bots and update you on my findings.

I had warning message and now for a 4-5 days im still having "failed to get game data from server" and on ptc it says that i have 1 lvl no pokemons etc, is this some kind of ban?

its working well also i got back my account, after 2 weeks i tried to login and everything was like before and without warning message

Still not safe. All my accounts were banned in about 4 days.

I think you will find that with pretty much any bot right now. There is still a lot we have yet to figure out (as a community) with Niantic cracking down.

@MonsterMap Those accounts will be back in a few weeks. That's how the mapping community rotate their accounts.
