fix: sv3 - add artists & flavorText, fix rules & attacks #468

This PR contains the following improvements:

adds the missing artists and flavorTexts
prefixes Tera rules fix "Tera: " like in sv1 and sv2.
fix some rule texts
sv3-80 attack
sv3-110 attack
sv3-149 attack
sv3-159 attack
added missing evolutions to evolvesTo

This contains fixes for #465

Cealgair commented 1 year ago

It looks like @adback03 already added artists and flavorText to the API (but not to this repo). The attacks of Cleffa and Bonsly are still wrongly classified as rules.

If he adds the artists and flavorText to the repo as well without merging this pull request, then I think this PR should be closed and #466 should be reopened.
