Some Tera Pokémon have "Tera: " at the beginning of the Tera rule, while others don't
All Tera Pokémon in sv4 are currently missing the Tera subtype (edit: this has been fixed)

(I'll probably make a pull request tomorrow to address these things if nobody does that first)
