Adding cards 85,102 and small fixes to svp #500

This will close #495 since the other cards between 56 and 100 are yet to be released.

After 62a7538, most cards that were included in this pr have been added. I merged that commit into my branch, adding "Tera: " at the beginning of the Tera rule of svp-56 and the nationalPokedexNumbers of paradox Pokémon. I updated the name of this pr to reflect what it does now
