Ensure PokémonStudio doesn't have issues with OneDrive

Description

M$ is enforcing OneDrive like crazy and OneDrive is not synching files properly leading to a lot of issues with Pokémon Studio.

OneDrive was designed to sync heavy files like your 10MB docx file, it's not designed to sync 10000 files saved at the same time. This leads to corrupted project because Studio was made with Git in mind, not OneDrive.

Current Behavior:

Project gets corrupted because of One Drive => User are confused because they don't know it was One Drive.

Expected Behavior:

Pokémon Studio employ all means to avoid such situation or inform the user.

Examples:

• Keeping a list of SHA-1 of the saved files somewhere else than the project itself
• Keeping a copy of the project's data in a giga file somewhere else than the project itself
• Annoying using when OneDrive is present in the path
• Refusing to open a project that is located in known OneDrive paths
• Performing an integrity check before closing Pokémon Studio if the project was saved
• Slowly saving each file (0.5s / file) if the project is located in a known path + integrity check
• Always saving project.studio last!

All of this could be applied to all other Cloud Disk vendor:

• OneDrive
• Sync
• DropBox
• Google Drive

Steps To Reproduce:

Open discord, search the keyword One Drive. (Tbh idk how they achieve to have this issue, I just know it exist and it's far more common than people having issues with Tiled).
