Bug Description

Commands for Mesh bed levelling menu items Z up/Z down are swapped.

My Configurations

v2.1.9-rc (Marlin 2.0.x)

I was able to reproduce this issue multiple times on v2.1.9-rc (Marlin 2.0.x). I tried to reflash firmware, but issues was still there.The problem is gone after reflashing firmware file, which I compiled with Arduino. I did factory reset with M502 (+ M500) command, hotbed and hotend PID autotune, calibrate extruder before bed levelling.

I am able to reproduce the bug in the hex file.
