Likewise, able to unmark an incomplete issue. Maybe a mesage saying issue is currently incomplete being displayed would be better,

Both are referring to the same behaviour of not providing appropriate error messages when the issue is already marked or unmarked.

Hi thanks for bringing this up! While this is a suggestion, we believe that the current method is sufficient in completing what it is meant to do, since the goal of the Mark/Unmark command is for the user to mark/unmark an issue, and knowing whether the issue is currently marked/unmarked will not affect the user's decision to mark/unmark it. Regardless of the current status, through the command the user will hence always be able to set it to their desired status.
