cleanup should fully restore config.mk and platform configuration files #75

A result of introducing the first package vignette is that the package tarball is (potentially) built from a modified version of the package: Changes to config.mk (definition of platform config file to use) and the specific platform file may enter the tarball. A resulting error is that building a tarball for R winbuilder on macOS does not leave cross-mingw as default PLATFORM intact - and the compiler used on the tarball build machine is used.

Long story: The cleanup file needs to fully restore all files.
