'LazyData' is specified without a 'data' directory #33

Using R-devel on a Debian Docker container I see this line when running R-devel CMD build:

Omitted 'LazyData' from DESCRIPTION

I do not manage to reproduce the NOTE issued by R-devel on CRAN check machines ('LazyData' is specified without a 'data' directory), but I think removing the LazyData statement is the appropriate solution.
