Dockerize building corpora #37

It may be tedious to set up a native environment for building corpora. Maybe Rselenium is really right to suggest using Docker. Maybe it is a good approach to have / offer a docker container with everything needed, and to infuse an R script that builds a corpus? CWB installation works across systems - no need to pursue this idea.
